Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp Rich Chocolate or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein or Probiotic Vanilla or Probiotic Cacao Digestive Support Protein
Vegan and gluten-free! These are so fudgey and the texture is my favorite in brownies - a little under baked. You can put them in the fridge to easily firm them up though. - Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix everything together well with a hand mixer.
- Lline a brownie pan with parchment paper, and bake for 38-40 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
I cut these into bites because the texture works best for that! They’re very chewy and fudgey, not as cake like.
