- 1 very ripe banana (large or 2 small)
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp Nuzest Choc Honeycomb Good Kids Stuff
- 2 tsp honey or coconut nectar or 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pour into popsicle moulds.
Place popsicle sticks in the centre of each mould.
Freeze for an hour, or until set.
Tip: Try changing it up by swapping peanut butter for pistachio or almond butter and fold in cranberries, blueberries and cacao nibs for a super yummy treat.
