Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 serve Good Green Vitality
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Granola to serve

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients except for the granola, in a bowl.

2. Split the mixture evenly into two glasses.

3. Place into the fridge overnight to set.

4. Remove from the fridge and serve with granola.
