Rapid Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 serve Kids Good Stuff (any flavour works well here, choose your favourite!)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax OR chia OR hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
