This smoothie makes the perfect breakfast for busy kids!
Ingredients
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 serve Nuzest Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
- 4 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a cup and drink up!
Optional: Add sliced strawberries or coconut flakes to the top before serving.
