Wild Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie makes the perfect breakfast for busy kids!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 serve Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Wild Strawberry
  • 4 ice cubes

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup and drink up!

 

Optional: Add sliced strawberries or coconut flakes to the top before serving.
