Nuzest is pleased to welcome Jennifer Cudjoe as its newest sports ambassador. Jennifer is a Ghanaian professional soccer player who plays as a midfielder for National Women's Soccer League club Sky Blue FC in New Jersey. Let's get to know Jennifer Cudjoe.

Q. For those of us who don’t know you, who is Jennifer Cudjoe?

A. I’m a professional soccer player for Sky Blue. I was born and raised in Ghana. Very passionate about soccer and make sure everyone around me is always happy by putting a smile on their face.

Q. What does being a Nuzest sports influencer mean to you?

A. Being a Nuzest Influencer means a lot to me, and not only inspire young athletes to work harder but also help them take care of their body and stay healthy as well. Where I came from, I was never introduced to nutritions as much as a player, but when I had the opportunity to further my career here, I wanted to learn all that I didn't have in my country so I can help young athletes to understand how proteins and nutrition are important for players.

Q. How do you make healthy choices and avoid temptations when it comes to your nutrition?

A. I make sure I have enough protein, carbs, and healthy fat in all my nutrition. And constantly reminding myself of what to put in my body because the work we do requires us to be in good shape all the time.

Q. What is your favorite indulgence?

A. It will be food and also traveling.

Q. What is your favorite healthy snack?

A. Smoothie and fruit.

Q. How do you stay active and fit?

A. I exercise a lot: boxing, hiking, and dancing.

Q. What is your favorite form of exercise?

A. I love running with and without the ball.

Q. Aside from being a soccer superstar, what do you do for fun?

A. I love exploring cities, concerts, and learning new things.

Q. What advice do you have for people wanting to kick-start a healthy lifestyle or to pump up their nutrition?

A. I would say trust the process, be able to learn about the product and what works for you. And also give yourself the chance to start something new.
