Warranty Statement
Nuzest prides itself on its premium quality products as much as our customers’ total satisfaction. Please note that we offer individual sachets for most of our product lines and flavors that you can try prior to committing to larger size canisters. Please contact us for assistance with product selection or questions.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Nuzest product, please contact the Authorized Dealer/Seller where you purchased the product. For Nuzest products purchased from an Authorized Dealer/Seller, Nuzest provides a warranty period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your purchase. The warranty includes manufacturing defects, packaging failures, and similar errors attributable to the manufacturer of the product. Please include your name and order number with your email through our contact page. Returned, unopened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling, unless these requirements are waived by Nuzest in writing beforehand. Additional information about your order may be required to obtain a waiver.
Warranty Exclusions
- Nuzest products purchased from any Dealer/Seller not authorized by Nuzest, including unauthorized 3rd party sellers on Amazon or other e-commerce platforms are void the manufacturer’s warranty. The only authorized seller of Nuzest products in the United States and Canada on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca is: Nuzest USA.
- Claims beyond 14 days of delivery:
- All warranty claims made more than 14 days after delivery will be denied absent extenuating circumstances. Contact us with any questions.
- Defects & damage due to:
- Misuse, abuse and negligence occurring during delivery to the customer, unless shipped by Nuzest USA
- Improper use or storage of the product(s) or container(s) by the customer;
- Loss due to theft, flood, delivery error, fire or other causes and accidents.
- Opened Canisters:
- For safety reasons, only unopened products in resellable condition with their original seals intact are eligible for return. Opened products are not returnable. Contact us with any questions.
- Refunds will not be issued on products that were consumed and not favorable in regards to taste or flavor profiles.
- In general, partially consumed products that are not in resellable condition with their original seals intact are not eligible for a refund.
