1. The Benefit: 20% Lifetime Savings

When you select "Subscribe & Save," you receive an immediate 20% product discount on your initial order. Unlike one-time promotions, this 20% discount is applied to every recurring shipment for the life of your subscription.

2. Automatic Renewal & Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring fee at the then-current subscription rate.

• Automatic Charges: Your saved payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days).
• Continuous Service: Your subscription will remain in effect and automatically renew until you choose to cancel, or the product or service is discontinued.
• Transparency: We will send you a reminder email five (5) days before your next scheduled charge to ensure you have time to make any desired changes.
• Changes: Any changes to, or cancelation of, your subscription order must be made at least three (3) days before the order is due to be processed.

3. Easy Cancellation
We believe managing your health should be stress-free. You have full control over your subscription with no long-term commitment.

• How to Cancel: You can cancel at any time through your My Account Portal. Simply log in, navigate to " Subscriptions," and select "Cancel".
• Deadline: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, please ensure you cancel or skip at least 72 hours before your next renewal date.
• Alternative Method: If you prefer not to do it yourself, you may request a cancellation by emailing our support team at info@nuzest-usa.com.

4. Changes & Flexibility
You aren't locked into one product or schedule. Through your My Account dashboard, you can:

• Swap Products: Switch flavors or try a different format for your next delivery.
• Skip or Postpone: Heading out of town? You can skip a delivery or push your next shipping date back with one click.
• Update Info: Easily change your shipping address or update your credit card on file.

5. Shipping & Returns

• Free Shipping: Subscription orders follow our standard shipping policy. Currently, all orders of $70.00 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the continental US.
• Returns: Subscription items are subject to our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. For safety reasons, only unopened canisters in resealable condition are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
• 30-Day Guarantee: New subscribers are eligible for our one-time 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if they are not 100% satisfied.

6. Changes to Terms
Nuzest reserves the right to modify the terms of the Subscription program, including discount percentages or shipping rates, at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email for any material changes that affect your active subscriptions.

7. Consent
By starting a product subscription with Nuzest, you consent to the above terms and conditions. Your consent till be kept for a minimum of 3 years, after which time we may ask you to update your consent.
