SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Nuzest USA Inc. and 2XU Pty Ltd (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The 2XU Pty Ltd x Nuzest USA Inc. Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 04:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on April 3, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Officers, directors, employees, and agents of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
Visit https://www.nuzest.com/pages/nuzest-2xu and complete the entry form by providing your full name and valid email address during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without subscribing to marketing communications, hand-print your full name, email address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it to: 2XU x Nuzest Giveaway Entry, 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 3, 2026 and received by April 6, 2026.

PRIZE DETAILS

There is one (1) prize available across the four (4) regions in which the competition is operating. The prize consists of:

·      one (1) $150 2XU voucher (redeemable online);

·      one (1) Good Green Vitality 300g tub;

·      three (3) Clean Lean Protein 250g pouches (flavours subject to availability); and

·      one (1) Nuzest Promixx Shaker.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $USD 339.

Product flavors and variants are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, using a process that ensures each entry has an equal chance of selection on or about April 7, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within five (5) business days. If the potential winner does not respond within 14 days of it being sent, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

PRIZE FULFILLMENT
Prize will be fulfilled within approximately 2–4 weeks after winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected shipments.

Prize delivery is limited to addresses within the United States.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Nuzest USA Inc. and 2XU Pty Ltd. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

TAXES
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax ID.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or engaging in fraudulent or disruptive conduct.

DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By entering, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, and shared by the Sponsor for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with applicable laws. California residents may have additional rights regarding their personal information.

WINNER’S LIST
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “2XU x Nuzest Giveaway Winner,” Nuzest USA Incorporated, 30 N Gould St Ste R Sheridan, WY 82801. Requests must be received by May 7, 2026.
