Q: Why is health and wellness important to you?

Beyond the longevity that you get from living a healthy lifestyle, it's important for me to be able to keep up with my kids and be an amazing example for the people in my life. 

Q: While living a busy life, how do you practice a healthy lifestyle within your career?

My amazing wife makes sure I always have room to take care of myself. Beyond that, I do not allow for any excuses. If I need to wake up earlier or stay up later to get my workout in, I make sure I do exactly that. 

Q: What do you enjoy most about Nuzest products?

Q: What advice would you give to other men about living an active lifestyle?

Taking care of yourself isn't about just you. You need to feel good about yourself for those around you. As a man, being your best self is part of the job. You need to not accept any excuses.
