Cookie Dough Baked Oats

This recipe creates a balanced mix of carbohydrates and plant-based protein, offering a satisfying, nutritious start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup certified gluten-free oats
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar or golden monk fruit sugar
  • 1 ½ scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein, Rich Chocolate Flavor
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • ½ ripe banana*
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and lightly coat a mug, ramekin, or small baking dish with coconut oil. 
  2. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth. 
  3. Pour into the dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. 
  4. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until set. 
  5. Finish with flaky sea salt, nut butter, or yoghurt for a warm, satisfying treat.
Notes: *½ large banana or 1 small banana.
