Cookie Dough Baked Oats
This recipe creates a balanced mix of carbohydrates and plant-based protein, offering a satisfying, nutritious start to the day.
Serves: 1 / Prep time: 5 mins / Bake: 15-20 mins
Ingredients:
- ½ cup certified gluten-free oats
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut sugar or golden monk fruit sugar
- 1 ½ scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein, Rich Chocolate Flavor
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp almond butter
- ½ ripe banana*
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F and lightly coat a mug, ramekin, or small baking dish with coconut oil.
- Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour into the dish and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until set.
- Finish with flaky sea salt, nut butter, or yoghurt for a warm, satisfying treat.
