Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 vegan egg alternative
- 2 tbsp nut/seed butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp wild blueberries (I used frozen and warmed them in the microwave before mashing; if you use fresh, you may have to add a tbsp of milk or water to the batter).
