- 1 frozen banana (larger = thicker)
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 scoop Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
- 2 cups spinach / kale
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Dash of pure vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of Ceylon/Vietnamese cinnamon
