- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 T almond milk
- 3 T maple syrup
- 3/4 cup vegan butter
- 1 flax egg (1 T of ground flaxseed mixed with 2.5 T water)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
- Mix until all ingredients are incorporated into a dough.
- Spoon dough onto a lined or greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
