1/2 (24 oz) can of Pureed Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

1/4 -1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk

1 tbsp All spice

1 scoop (12.5 grams) Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

Optional: Stevia

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
