Strawberry Raspberry Macadamia Popsicles
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM! Except that finding delicious, healthy vegan ice cream isn't always easy. Plus, store bought vegan ice cream doesn't have the best track record for having the most clean ingredients. The good news is that making this high protein frozen treat at home doesn't have to be a daunting task. Ingredients:
- 2 cups cashew nuts, pre-soaked
- 2 cups macadamia nut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 serving Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1 serving Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1/3 cup monk fruit syrup
- 1/3 cup macadamia nut butter
- 1/3 cup chopped strawberries + raspberries
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into molds and freeze for 3-4 hours, depending on the depth of the mould.
- Allow to thaw for about 3 minutes before eating.
