Vanilla Matcha Smoothie
Smooth, creamy, and refreshingly cold, this vanilla matcha smoothie combines frozen banana, almond milk, matcha, and Nuzest Clean Lean Protein for a simple way to support daily protein requirements. Finished with a vibrant pink yogurt topping, it balances fresh flavor with a rich, velvety texture.

Ingredients:
Vanilla Matcha Smoothie
- 2 large bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2.5 cups almond milk
- 1.5 tsp matcha powder
- 4 scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Vanilla
- 1 tbsp manuka honey or organic maple syrup
Pink Topping
- 1 tsp 100% freeze-dried pink pitaya powder
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1 scoop Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Vanilla
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all pink topping ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy. Place in the fridge while preparing the smoothie.
- Add all vanilla matcha smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until thick, smooth, and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into two glasses, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Spoon over the chilled pink yogurt layer.
- Finish with cacao nibs or chia seeds for added texture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
- For a thicker smoothie, add 1 tablespoon of oat flour.
