Ingredients
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla
Icing:
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein by Nuzest
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp pastel sprinkles
- optional food coloring

(The picture shows the recipe doubled with added optional pink food coloring to the frosting, both are unnecessary unless wanted!)
- Mix all cake ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add to a small (lightly greased) ramekin or microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave the cake for 45-60 seconds.
- Once the cake is finished, mixed your icing ingredients except for the sprinkles in a small bowl. Top the cake with the icing before adding the sprinkles.
