Ingredients:


  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3-4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice
  • 1 serving Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff by Nuzest

Method:

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup and drink up!
  3. Optional: add sliced strawberries or coconut flakes to the top before serving.
