I have gut issues, including no tolerance for whey, nuts and seeds. So far this protein powder has worked well for me. The vanilla is not bad but I received a free sample of Salted Caramel, that will be what I order next!
I also wanted a powder that came in a bag, not another plastic bin (only about 8% of plastic gets recycled). They offer a certain size in bags. I have ordered too many protein powders to count, this one is working well!
I recommend for sure
