This protein powder is really good! I’ve used it for my morning breakfast smoothies and I feel fuller longer and no sugar crash. So glad I found this
I have a long history of hating the taste of protein powder. For me, protein powder was the best way to ruin a perfectly good smoothie or glass of water. However, at my perimenopausal age, my doctor and dietitian were insistent I increase my protein intake. After a lot of searching and, frankly, a ChatGPT conversation, I found Nuzest Clean Lean Protein. The reviews suggested that it tasted good but I'd read that before for other brands. But these reviews were TRUE! This protein powder is phenomenal. Though a certified chocoholic, I think the strawberry is the best. I have a glass of it every morning. And if I get snacky in the afternoon, I'll have more with an apple. Such a good find! I highly recommend it to other protein powder flavor haters. Nuzest will make you a convert!
Love the flavor and no allergens! Only wish it was lower in sodium. But great way to get protein in my diet.
