OFFICIAL RULES 

Free Country x Nuzest USA Inc. Giveaway 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD 

   The Free Country x Nuzest USA Inc. Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 14, 2025 (“Entry Period”). 
   
   

2. ELIGIBILITY 

   This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law. 

   EXCLUDED FROM ENTRY: Officers, directors, employees, and agents of Nuzest USA Inc., Free Country, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and persons living in the same household as such individuals. 
   
   

3. HOW TO ENTER 

   Primary Method: Visit HERE and complete the entry form with your full name and valid email address during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address.  
   
   

4. PRIZE DETAILS 

   One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: 

6. One (1) 20-serving Clean Lean Protein canister x Two (2) 300g Good Green Vitality canisters from Nuzest USA Inc. (approximate retail value just under $240) 

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $490 

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and no cash substitution or equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. 

1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION 

   One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 16, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days of initial notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. 
   
   

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

   By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from both Nuzest USA Inc. and Free Country. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. 

   Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If prize value exceeds $600, winner will receive IRS Form 1099 and must provide Social Security number or Tax ID. 

   By accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
   
   

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. 
   
   

4. DISPUTES 

   Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict of law doctrines. 
   
   

5. PRIVACY POLICY 

   Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 
   
   

6. WINNER’S LIST 

   For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Free Country x Nuzest USA Inc. Giveaway Winner,” [MAILING ADDRESS]. Requests must be received by December 14, 2025.
